Program Coordinator / Staff Minister
About the role
This role supports ICPF's mission to Impact the Next Generation by building and running local and international mission programs. The ideal candidate encourages service and compassion and equips student leaders for campus ministry and global outreach.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate mission activities with the ICPF International Mission Board.
- Oversee and support campus ministries and student leadership development.
- Lead and organize international mission trips.
- Motivate and equip student leaders with biblical teaching.
- Handle administrative duties, including information management and logistics.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Bible training preferred.
- Passion for youth ministry and alignment with ICPF's vision and mission.
- Spirit-filled and grounded in Scripture.
- Flexible and adaptable to varied ministry needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred experience
- Youth program development and/or curriculum building.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and global ministry experience.
- Proficiency with social media for content creation and engagement.
